Tonight was awesome.
About two hours with a new group of people. All writers. Horror, urban fantasy, fantasy, sci-fi, poetry, Christian fiction, and more. Critiques thrown back and forth across the tables.
It was interesting to listen to what they were saying, even though I’m tee-totally new to the group. The critiques seemed objective when they needed to be objective and opinionated when they needed to be opinionated.
I think I like it 
Definitely going back next month. Did I mention it was a once-a-month thing? I think I like that as well
